Meditation has been the foundation of my spiritual practice for the past 10 years. Consistently sitting with myself has shown me that attention is healing — it is our love. Meditation uncovers the innate clarity of our Awareness and creates space for our internal wisdom to arise. Through practice, trust is born, insight arises, and we deepen into ourselves. We cultivate the ability to quiet our minds, and widen our capacity to FEEL and artfully dance with the full spectrum of our human experience. From anguish to ecstasy — it’s all included. Through stillness, we come home to ourselves + into deeper intimacy with all things.

My style of guidance is compassionate, loving, direct and clear - deeply informed by nature, the ancient teachings of Zen Buddhism, and my personal devotion to Sacred Self Love.

I guide from a wide variety of meditation styles including concentration practice, resting in open awareness, loving kindness, body scans, visualization and intuitive journeying. I am delighted and honored to share this life-giving practice with you.

Our sacred space has been set. Soft music plays, flowers adorn the room, incense burns, a warm cup of tea rests next to your meditation cushion. You are invited into a personal realm of deep, healing connection. 

Our session will open with tea, heart-to-heart conversation and reflection to share what is alive for you. You will then be lead through a guided meditation, uniquely crafted and channeled to support your individual needs and desires. Mindfulness practices and intuitive guidance will close our session, based on what has come through for you.

Meditation styles include: concentration practice, resting in open awareness, loving kindness, body scans, visualization, and more. All practices will deepen your awareness, and reveal your innate wisdom.

A recording of our mediation will be sent through following our time together for continued support.

  • Nope! I am delighted to work with all levels of meditation experience, including those who are just being introduced to the practice.

  • You can absolutely get started today without purchasing any meditation supplies! However, to best support your body longterm, I do recommend investing in a meditation pillow. I have many resources that I would love to share with you upon request — just reach out!

  • Absolutely! I am happy to create a payment plan option that feels supportive to your needs.

  • During practice, we sit in silence — alert and awake. Thoughts, feelings and emotions naturally arise, but instead of engaging, we lovingly and without judgment, return our awareness back to the object of our meditation. This could be the breath, the sound in the room, the feeling of our hands, a flower. Through repeating this simple, yet profound practice, we cultivate the ability to rest our awareness in presence — unswayed by circumstance — while fully inhabiting mind, body and spirit with deepening intimacy. Our minds naturally quiet and, at ease, our hearts open.
